Philip A. McNaughton
Funeral Mass for Philip A. McNaughton, 61, of ChardonTownship, will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at The
Church of St. Mary, 401 North Street, Chardon.
Mr. McNaughton died April 29, 2006, at his residence.
Born February 24, 1945, in Painesville, He lived his entire life in the Chardon area. He
was a member of the Church of St. Mary in Chardon.
He was also a member of the Buckeye Rangers, the Chardon Rube Band, and Great Geauga
CountyFair Band. He enjoyed playing music, horse back riding, and especially his fast-draw
competition with the Buckeye Rangers.
Mr. McNaughton was a self-employed salesman working with Tek-Collect.
Survivors are his parents, Allyn R. and Mary M. (Hanusky) McNaughton of Chardon Township; brothers, Allyn (JoAnn) McNaughton of Chardon and Roger (Anita) McNaughton of Mesa, Ariz; and seven nieces and nephews.
Friends may call from 7to 9 p.m. Tuesday at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South Street (on St. Rt. 44, 500 ft. south of Rt 6/Chardon Square), Chardon. Fr. Paul Sciatrrotta of the church will officiate the services.
Burial will be in Chardon Municipal Cemetery.
